Our Focus

• Practice: We chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo to awaken the inherent potential for wisdom, courage, and compassion in our lives.
• Study: We study the teachings of Nichiren Daishonin, focusing on the humanistic principles of the Lotus Sutra.
• Community: We believe that the practice of Buddhism is carried out in society, and we meet regularly across Teesside to encourage and support each other.
